How our guides and reports are written, checked and kept up to date.

Written for drivers

Every guide starts from a question a driver actually asks, and answers it in the first lines before going into detail.

Checked before it is published

Each guide has an author and a reviewer. Facts and prices carry the date they were last checked, and the owner of the charger is named as the source.

Kept up to date

Guides show when they were last updated. When a tariff or a rule changes we update the page and the date; we do not quietly rewrite history.

Corrections

If you find something wrong, use “Report a problem” on a charger page or the Contact page and we will look at it.
